These Terms of Use govern your use of echooffsolutions.com and website previews created by Echo Off Solutions, operated by Dominic Rondina LLC. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Website information
The information on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes. We may change site content, pricing descriptions, features, or availability at any time.
Website previews
Echo Off may create demonstration websites for businesses using publicly available information. Unless a business has expressly adopted a preview, a preview is not that business's official website and does not indicate sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement by that business.
Names, logos, trademarks, photographs, reviews, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a demonstration is solely for evaluation of the proposed website concept and does not transfer ownership to Echo Off.
Website purchases
When a customer purchases a website package through an Echo Off Solutions checkout or invoice that references these Terms, these Terms also govern that purchase unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
$500 Small Business Website package
Unless the checkout, invoice, or written proposal states otherwise, the $500 Small Business Website package includes a website of up to five pages, responsive design, business-specific design and copy, contact and call-to-action functionality, basic on-page search optimization, and one consolidated round of reasonable revisions.
The package does not include ecommerce, customer portals, scheduling systems, custom software integrations, additional pages, ongoing search-engine optimization, advertising, domain registration, hosting, email service, or ongoing maintenance unless those items are expressly included in writing.
Payment and revisions
Full payment is due before revision work, final delivery, transfer, or publication of the website for the customer. Payment confirms the customer's purchase of the applicable package and acceptance of these Terms.
One consolidated revision round is included with the $500 Small Business Website package. The customer should submit requested changes together. Additional revision rounds, substantial redesigns, new functionality, additional pages, ecommerce, scheduling systems, custom integrations, or other work outside the purchased scope may require an additional fee agreed to before that work begins.
Cancellation and refunds
A customer may request cancellation and a refund before submitting revision requests or otherwise authorizing Echo Off Solutions to proceed with customization, finalization, transfer, or launch. Once the customer submits revisions or authorizes Echo Off Solutions to proceed toward finalization or launch, the website purchase is non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Echo Off Solutions in writing.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Third-party charges or services purchased specifically at the customer's request may be non-refundable to the extent those charges cannot be recovered by Echo Off Solutions.
Customer review and materials
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving business information, claims, pricing, contact information, images, trademarks, and other content before final publication. The customer represents that it has the necessary rights or permissions for materials it provides to Echo Off Solutions.
Ownership and delivery
Upon full payment, the customer owns the final website files created specifically for that customer's website, excluding third-party software, licensed assets, fonts, stock media, and other materials subject to separate licenses. Echo Off Solutions retains ownership of its reusable tools, templates, components, systems, processes, and underlying know-how.
Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable ownership rights and license terms. Ownership of the customer's website files does not transfer ownership of Echo Off Solutions' general-purpose tools or reusable technology.
Hosting and third-party services
Hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance, advertising, ongoing SEO services, email services, and other recurring or third-party services are not included in the $500 Small Business Website package unless specifically stated otherwise. If Echo Off Solutions arranges or manages a third-party service, that service may also be subject to the provider's own terms, fees, and policies.
Preview status after purchase
Preview websites are demonstrations created by Echo Off Solutions and are not official websites of the depicted businesses unless and until the business purchases and adopts the website. Preview sites may be modified, disabled, or removed at any time. Purchase of a website does not imply that a preview was previously authorized or endorsed by the business.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials, the content, design, code, graphics, branding, and other materials on the Echo Off Solutions website are owned by or licensed to Dominic Rondina LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our materials without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data in a manner that violates applicable law, impersonate another person or business, or use the site for unlawful or abusive activity.
Third-party links and services
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.
No warranties
This website and any demonstration preview are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific business, search-ranking, traffic, revenue, or lead-generation results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominic Rondina LLC and Echo Off Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or an unsolicited demonstration preview. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of this website or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
